• Warn your contacts BEFORE you borrow that they may receive calls
• Document the loan terms: amount, due date, total to repay

• You have the right to clear, transparent terms before you borrow
• You have the right to privacy under Uganda's Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019 
• You have the right to be free from harassment and threats
• You have the right to report violations to the Bank of Uganda and Police

• Document everything (screenshots, call logs, voicemails)
• Do not engage with harassers
• File a complaint with the Police
• File a complaint with the Bank of Uganda
• Seek support from community organizations
