Please I need an assistance, concerning one loan shark called Palmcredit.

I borrowed someone,an amount of money from this loan app,using my platform. I.e my details.

And the person failed on the 2nd installment, leaving me to clear the debt.

I was defaulted for 5 days and I pay back after coming in a discount agreement with one of their collector officers.

I cleared the debt,but found after some days that the discounted fee was not removed,lodge so many complaints via mail,whatsapp and calls.

But they all cut me off,only for them to keep adding interest day after day to the discount fee,that they ought to have removed.

please I need help,I need them to clear my loan history. I'm getting depressed.

worst experience with this app. I was charged twice for a repayment. I tried reaching the customer care but nothing to write home about. palmcredit is so annoying. I wanted to pay my 2,000 I borrowed for not upto three days. I tried paying via auto debit. They said pending. I waited for over an hour nothing shows up. I went again and I paid using paystack. that was on the 27th. this morning 28th I was debited again. without clearing my debt on my account.

The app seems to be working pretty well until I was credited, after all the process I was credited and I tried to make use of the money it disappeared from my account. Am really angry right now 😡 cus the customer service representative said I am still going to make payment if the loan is due.

Palmcredit is fast when it comes to disbursement, but I'm giving a 3 star because I've been trying to pay installmentally before the due date to avoid any issues on the due date but there's no option for that on the app, Instead we were asked to pay in full which is kinda frustrating

Run away from this app, I beg you . I wanted to settle my debt on Friday but no way. After click on repayment it will show a blank page and I tried to contact them, no reply. The next day which is yesterday they increased my repayment figure to 25'007 from 23'000. I logged the complain but no reply. Again today when I checked the app they've increased it to 28'640. They are using this app to scam you people. There are many app out there that are very helpful. Remove this app from your phone

This App is a Scam. How can your system debit after I've paid the loan I took and all efforts to rectify it has not resulted in any positive action but continuous debit on my FCMB account and an increase in a loan that doesn't exist.

Hello. Money has been deducted from my account for repayment of my loan, but it is not reflecting on the app. Instead, I am seeing a reduced amount. Money was deducted twice. First time was the stated amount of ₦8,666 then another ₦1,300 was deducted. What is the reason. What is reflecting on my account is ₦7,366.  I have sent numerous emails and called the customer care number on the app. No response almost a day later.

This app is a total Fraud! Run away from them! I tried repaying thru the app, it didn't work but I got secretly debited without a debit alert from my bank. I tried contacting their customer care on both phone call and email, they don't respond. They know what they are doing. Similar thing happened to me on another app they operate, at least the app replied and assured me of refund of my excess repayment which they never did

I applied for a loan yesterday which was approved and it's showing on my dashboard that am owing but the money has not been credited to my account and all my effort to reach their staff no way but just mistakenly miss payment by one day they will want use calls and text to frustrate your life

 In app, it shows one can make flexible payments of not less than #200. I've tried everything but it seems it isn't applicable. It is convenient to be able to pay parts of the loan amount when available before the due date, that's a win-win for all as it would help borrowers not to default and save the company the trouble of hunting them down.

Very terrible experience I applied for a loan, it's been approved,and is showing in the app that it's approved but have not gotten the money up till now,am just frustrated, And if u call the customer line no one will answer you, they will only be playing music for u,and customer care poor no message replied,am feeling really bad😭

Palm credit is extremely useless. I was going through loan options when I suddenly got a message that I had applied for loan. The repayment duration wasn't even up to 30 days and the interest rate is too high. I tried calling customer care to take back their money but to no avail. They've been calling and threatening to blacklist my BVN. I regret ever entering my details on the app. Wicked people. they won't see heaven.

I paid my outstanding loan completely yesterday and I was debited twice. I've been trying to contact customer care but I'm not getting any response. This is really heartbreaking and annoying... Plus this is my first time using the app

I started using palmcredit since last year, and since then I've had difficult challenges in repaying, but that doesn't really bother me but the main problem is that when I repaid the first loan I was still given the same initial loan which was supposed to be higher than the former. Above all, the current loan I took is #21,000 and the interest #5,880 which means I am to repay #26,880 but now the dashboard is updating #27,158. This is unbearable and the interest is outrageous.

Repayment process on the app is very frustrating and takes too long. I tried over and over throughout yesterday. Last night I finally paid, but my profile on the app hasn't been updated. instead i'm told that my loan is overdue whereas my account has been debited I had to keep reloading then logging out and signing back in before it finally started the repayment process.

I've been trying to repay my loan since Thursday but the app says " it can't be operated ". I sent an email I got an auto email back. I can't pay for additional charges because the fault is from your app. No account number to pay to also and the money keeps increasing day after day.

My payment date is supposed to be on (12 02 2023) . But I made my payment today being (08/02/2023) . Meanwhile while trying to make the payment the network was bad, so I pressed RE-PAY and RE-LOAN .it went immediately. My reload was supposed to be 28,000. But I was given 27,000 to pay 34,000. That's quite way too huge, and it came automatically. While I was still trying to process that I was debited again.

I have been using Palmcredit for quite a while and I am really delighted about being able to get money instantly at times of urgent need. However, there are issues I have with the app; 1. It is impossible to pay back on installments. 2. There is this feature that makes it impossible to borrow lesser amounts when one has borrowed a bigger amount before. Even if a limit must be set, it should be on the highest amount one can take and not the lowest. 3. The interest on loans is just too high.

I hate having these kind of Issues..I've made payment using Bank Transfer and I was Debited. now it's been over 18hrs and the app is still showing that I'm still owing and I'm still receiving messages that my debt will be due in 2 days. On the debit why is Easybuy written there instead of Palmcredit when the repayment was automatic repayment direct from the App itself...my loan is supposed to be due on the 10th and I paid on the 7th just so you know... SENT AN EMAIL..YET TO SEE A REPLY

This app might be good app for others, but as for me, it's a ghost app of frustration. This app always disappeared from my phone after downloading. Just leave the app to receive call or use another app, you wouldn't see it again, it would disappear, and you need to download it again. I've downloaded this app more than 10 times. I wouldn't know much about the app or its services because of the app behavior.

The negative reviews for this app aren't wrong. Run from Palmcredit! When you try to repay your loan via debit card, it won't work, so you'll be forced to use their bank transfer option. That's where they get you. The app will say you're still owing even after transferring your repayment to their bank account. Your late fees will continue to pile up, and they will be debiting it everyday automatically from your account. That's what they did to me. Don't ever use their bank transfer option!!!

I've heard a lot about this app, so I decided to give it a try. Once I fill my information and all, submitting it becomes an issue...... I've tried updating and restarting my phone yet it's still the same thing, the complete button doesn't work. Work on the bluetooth aspect also, it keeps turning on my bluetooth even when I'm not on the app.

Palmcredit has undergone good change since all the buzz and complaints about loan apps which is commendable. However, I suddenly started having issues with the app. My info is not updated, no records of past or current loans, and the Loan conditions have reverted back to high interest rates and short timeframe. It's so frustrating since I've managed this long enough, despite updating the app multiple times to no effect. I have no choice but to delete the app. A three stars for me.

Quite easy to use. They keep to their words and increase your limit as you maintain a good credit rate. However, i have noticed that anytime i make payments for outstanding loan, an unusual debit is initiated on my account in the very early hours of the morning, and money deducted from my account just like that. This has made me sceptical about putting money in the account registered with them

Palmcredit remains my best loan app for close to three years. Though I paid back and reapplied only to be denied access for the first time. I have never defaulted, my bank transactions are alright and my records with credit bureau are excellent. Probably the company is having some challenges, but I still give the app 5 stars for having been there for me all this while. Kudos to the team!
