I made loan repayment since almost two days now and I uploaded the receipt of payment on the App three times, this stupid App cannot confirm my payment and they are busy sending me stupid messages. They do not have a phone number on their App through which one can easily contact them either. Other loan Apps update automatically immediately after repayment. Useless old fashioned App!

I was debited when I tried to use my card method of payment on my 1 term loan, loan was not cleared from the app till date and I was debited, my due date was near so I have to use another method of payment, which is bank transfer payment, main while my card payment method was debited but did not appeared paid on the ease cash app.

There are better loan app kindly avoid this loan app. They are thugs. They will threaten your life. They are worst they will send messages to your contact on the due date without an overdue charges. Just avoid it there are better loan app.

This a dubious loan company with almost no face. No contact info or email on the app. I advice against have anything to do with them no matter how tempting. You can even be made to pay interest for a loan they delayed in disbursing. There other more honest loan app and low interest like okash,easemoni, that you can trust and easy to contact when something goes wrong. EASE CASH is a scam organization with no face.

There are better loan app out there . Kindly avoid this app , they give out loan easily but they are criminals. They have no support system in case you want to air out your grievance or if an error was made during transaction. So please I am begging avoid this app. I wish I could post pictures but I can't

It's 6days now that i applied for a loan but it was not disbursed and it is showing repayment on the app. I sent several messages to the online assistant but no response, no phone line to reach, no email address to lay my complaint.... It is so unprofessional.

I made payment over 2hrs ago and uploaded the proof of payment together with all necessary information needed even though the due date is still a bit far. they wont update my dashboard as it has not reflected that I have made full payment of the loan collected.

Fund requested was not disbursed to my account, yet i have been receiving treat messages from easy cash. I have printed my bank statement as proof, but instead the agent has blocked me from calling to report the issue.

The last time I collected a loan, it was with ease. The day I was to pay the second installment was a sad day. It was not not even up to 12 noon and I kept receiving insultive and threatening messages both on text and Whatsapp. It was embarrassing. At least the establishment should give a person time. Moreover the day was not over yet. I feel customer service should be more tolerable.

Although there loan embursemement is fast,low interest rate but they are more than armed robbers. Worst I mistakenly pay over,my money wasn't returned. I was ask to collect another loan yet they didn't grant it. Guys beware of this scamming app.

I was debited twice with my card. I tot the card transaction didn't go so I transferred just to get two more debited alert of the same amount..till today no refund no response . If they are not theives how will you receive the same amount 3 times with the same name and card number and didn't check to see what's happening...

I applied for a loan since on the 13th of March and I was sent a message that my loan has been disbursed till now I didn't see the money in my account, On my dashboard they have started counting repayment days fraudulent people and apps

Very awful.i don't know why our government still allow this type of financial lenders still exist. Their mode of operation is too bad..please avoid this app. Their interest is too high not only that they don't have more than 7 days plan. Just to extort money from the already financial depleted citizens of this Blessed Country.Avoid this app for your happiness.

This app looks more like a froud to me than loan app, they ask of every security details of your account for a loan as low as 2,800. I can understand bvn, ND card binding but requesting the same bank registered phone number how is that part of the deal, I ha e bind my card for business but none of them requested for a link phone number. Something is not right about that, may I know why my my account registered phone number is needed??????

Useless app...I pay on time never defaulted and when my phone got stolen and my payment was delayed for few days,this useless set of people sent threats to my number upon retrieval of the sim. I'm disappointed cos the money to be paid wasn't up to 5k and I'm uninstalling the dead app.

About 3 weeks ago I applied for a loan on the app which was approved but the funds was not paid into my account. I contacted the phone number attached to a message sent to me for payback when it was due as there was no means of contacting them sooner because the app doesn't provide a working medium through which they can be reached. Eventually after 3 weeks of threats and insulting messages from them an agent contacted me and i let them know. Till now I'm still being threatened by them wrongly.

I have been using this app fine for awhile, I applied again yesterday evening waiting for bank to credit me but nothing, I checked through my Easy Cash app to see my account number as been tampered. this is not my first and second time of successful transaction on this app, which upgrade have you done to have tampered my account number? The repayment date is there counting down without receiving money.

I have been on this app for more than ten months. And I have never failed to pay back. I'm thinking of deleting this app and looking for another. At least two weeks its ok. Bc I dnt like taking loan frm too many app. As for this app is the best but my problem is that they have refused to increase my loan terms
