🤦 Everything about the app is slow. Linking my bank to the app is a problem. Re-authorizing bank connection isn't working. Support team isn't responding. I can't tell if the problem is from the workers or the app developers.

Awful!! The method of collecting bank account details is terrible,not every one that uses bank online or mobile app..there should be a better way to do that..I've not been able to proceed because of the mobile app, internet app nonsense!!

I was enjoying the app with low interest before, but since I updated the Umba app, I can't get loan from you guys again, you guys have been asking for another bank details, what happens to Ecobank bank that I have been using before, I don't understand.

Complete waste of my precious time. They keep checking loan eligibility since forever. Just overly rated. Better to use branch. Umbra keeps disturbing my mail with service they are not will to provide me on the app. So what is the essence

The most sluggish loan app I have ever come across. The application verification process takes days to be verified yet the system keeps signing u off with error message." Get away". It doesn't deserve more than one star.

Its so annoying that for more than a year that I have been trying to get a loan, you kept on denying me all because of Try connecting another bank account, after the one i connected was succesful but they are saying my bank does not allow the communication, that they could not credit score it. I try linking my Wema Bank but it is not among the listrd banks on their app. One of their agents said, i should make Umba my primary account to use it for transactions which i did yet nothing positive. Its bad

Frankly, Umba is the BEST app I have leveraged on its products lately to salvage certain challenging situations and the experience has been simply AWESOME 😎🙏💕. I just read a few postings below mine which I sincerely consider false and probably the fault of their phones and not the app, and that prompted me to edit my feedback. Although, it delays at sending in a new loan after repayment, and I desire an increase in the loan amount I get cos its been same since I started using your services...

This is a very good loan application. They won't call you for anything, the remainder don't even come till that week of repayment and its just a notification. The best part is that their interests is the best I have seen. I can give them 6 star if I can

My linked account have all stopped working. I tried linking another acount but it keeps failing after sending a binding successful message. I can't delete the already added accounts either.

Inability to use. I used Umba to apply for loan and used for some transactions too. But after a while, I realized it asked me to connect my back again. I tried connecting, but each time I connect, the app asked that I start the process all over again. This has been the case since last year. So, I have not been able to apply for loans since last year.

As a Product manager, I am always researching fintech apps to do a competitive analysis on. This was the initial reason for download. I love how clean the UI is and the ease of application. It turned me from a researcher to a user. Kudos to Umba and its employees, specifically the collection team. My interactions with Ola at Umba have been polite and positive. If you ever need a loan, pls take from an organisation that have a customer centric approach to work

My experience has been good so far, I just hope they keep it up. In Nigeria businesses start off well and fail to ultimately maintain standards. The best feature of Umba is unlimited free transfer of funds. It has really aided transactions. Two areas for improvement are the daily transfer limit; do well to increase it and the credit loan available to customers. Increase it like Branch which offers up to NGN500,000. I see similarities between both your apps in terms of efficiency and ease of use.

app is poor. Response from their customer support is slow and takes forever. It's not encouraging to use such a digital bank where customer support is so slow and poor

Umba mobile banking app has been very good but now I don't understand the problem of the support group.l have sent several emails to the support group that to access the app has become impossible,yet they haven't resolved the problem.I was sent a link by one of the agents,I still tried the link yet the app has refused to still open up.Honestly,I am terribly disappointed because this is highly frustrating.It is very obvious that Umba mobile banking has been overrated.

s very good and fast in any transactions and is free but they don't increase someone inligibility i borrowed money for more that 3 to 4 times and i use to pay even before the due date but they will still give me same amount i think they need to improve on that

Very poor service and slow. Very inconsistent and unreliable app and i still maintain they have become uselessly useless

Using the app for the very first time was weird! Imagining passing all verifications, and still couldn't do anything. Even, to biometrically secure the account was not possible. Still wondering how an acclaimed best app is not having the utility feature like 'Settings'. Now the worst part is i'm presently logged out, while option to log in back into my account is not present anymore, unless one would have to sign up again. What a nightmare! So annoying!😡

So I was using this app couple of months ago and it was going smoothly, all of sudden after an update I couldn't access loans any more, the error message keeps saying "the credit score from your linked bank account was too low". It was disappointing because I have never had any credit score issue before then, been using the app since October last year and this issue started in July after I updated the app.

I don't understand what's wrong with the development team! It's like with every update, it goes from bad to worse! The way the app crashes can be really frustrating, like u want to do a transfer and would spend the next 1hr trying to get into the app cos it would just keep crashing. I've tried everything possible from my side, restart my phone, force stop app, clear cache, even unistalled app and reinstall all to no avail! The app is just a piece of rubbish!!!
