I'd give the app a solid 2 or less. It's an okay app but there are so many glitches that the technical team are not working on. On Android it doesn't show notifications when you get a credit or debit. You don't see any overhead notification until you open the app and check the notification icon in the app before you see it. So I rely on emails which at times might be stressful. So many other glitches I've noticed but won't have time to talk about it here but I feel that notification is priority.

Lovely experience with this app so far, until lately that I tried to add my new bank debit card as the former was deactivated. I have been trying to add this card for days now, and it's not been successful. I have written mails to customer service and I keep getting the same procedures to adding a new card, what I have been trying all along yet no positive result. It is frustrating. That's why I am going to rate this app 3 star 😤

Easy to use and great disbursement time. Especially the rollover plan. I find that very useful. With as much as 9 months to pay up a loan, the facility is flexible and stress free. I hope more people use and enjoy this app. The investment app is also very great. I wish to add that, this has become one of my favourite savings apps. I saved N100 p.d for 260 days (locked savings plan) last year and withdrew N31000. It was stress free and seamless. Some days I missed counted when I updated.

Great app! The only drawback I'm experiencing is getting my address verified even though I've got the necessary documents to have it verified, all i get is the app keeps rolling till infinity and i wouldn't get the successful or failed notification about the process. That can be discouraging!

I think personally that this app is a great one though. Helps me with all my transactions and at a very stress free level. Only problem is that when you mistakenly enter a wrong pin, you will have to start your pin verification afresh which I think is cool cos of hackers. Good one, keep it up... Secondly, the issue of a Debit card, I've applied for it for over 4 months now, and I'm yet to get any feedback on that.

The service is fast and reliable. what I love most about Carbon is the finance manager; it is awesome, it tracks all my expences for the month, and it gives me an ideal on how to watch my expenses. Secondly, the interest rate on loan is actually low compare to other loan app. I love the cash back I got on early payment. Also, i can do transfer, pay bills, buy recharge card through my ATM card using the app with little charges. its a nice app... hope it does not get hacked... and i hope the team keeps it up and serve their customer better!

The service was excellent. But the technical side of the app needs to be improved upon for speedy loading and other technical issues. Then getting in contact with you is difficult when the technical side is proving to be difficult, getting in contact should be one button away. If not, you are the first out of all the bunch out there.

Carbon is okay, but my one challenge was it wasn't as fast as i would have loved it. When a person needs a loan, most times it's an emergency. I had to try setting up my debit card at least 7 times before it finally went through. And you should really inform your customers upfront about the N50 service charge on their debit card. I also found the interest rate high, but since the money came in handy, i guess I'll just have to deal with the interest rate.

This is one sure reliable and amazing platform that is readily available to help individuals access quick loans, with minimal interest rates and even some cash back.... Also a saving and investment platform that encourages the individual with a whopping 16.5% interest, what else can you ask from Carbon??

AWESOME BUT TURNED SOUR REAL QUICK. I used to love it, especially for bill payments and airtime (the cashback) was nice. Till I had an issue and got on the phone with the customer service. I don't know how my details were messed up. But all of a sudden, I'm being asked for a BVN data page, driver's license etc. via email. This wasn't resolved even after speaking to two customer service agents. I'm a level 2, with previous loan and repayment history. That singular act broke my loyalty. BYE

No doubt carbon is the best, it's straight in its dealings, smooth and prompt response to complains. Loans are generous, quick, easily accessible, no uploading of documents, prompt increase of loan limits. Carbon has a very good platform for all kinds of transactions, bill payments and all that even when others are having network issues. I think I have settled for carbon. I recommend that you try it.

This app is more than a loan credit app. It's all in one. I love this app. You get a wallet where you can save, grow your money, pay utility bills and a lot more. Best of all you can make transfers to any bank account from your wallet for a transfer fee of just N10. Before I forget they disburse loan at the snap of the fingers, very fast. Try it and you won't regret. Cheers!

This is a wonderful loan app with reasonable interest rate and quick access to credit. It's numerous features makes it look like a bank on its own, with access to bank statement and almost any other thing a real bank can do. If you're in need of quick credit for business or any other reason, don't waste your time with the wrong app just CARBON up

For a first timer, the app/service are simple and fantastic in every sense! The whole process, plus disbursement of funds, happened in minutes. Rates and repayment plan are very friendly and devoid of hidden charges. Though I didn't get the exact amount requested, I understand, since it is my first time. Keep up the simple good 👍🏾👏🏾

Yeah...over the past 7 months, Carbon's software has had serious problems. They say they've resolved it but then it fails again. I've lost time and trades on this app. And after using their loan features and buliding credit for over two years, they ask me to verify my account again. And guess what...verifcation has been failing for the past three months. I don't think I can again. As soon as I can get my money out, I'm going away. Nice invest feature though.

It's been smooth so far. Although the downtimes are there but I like the fact that you get informed. However, I think the transaction details should be made in a way for you to open it when you want to see them, not everything popping up on your screen once you open the app. And please, fix save beneficiay. I love the app, money pinching from other banks I was experiencing has come to an end⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Carbon is there when you need them. It's easy to use, has a lot of features; it's like having full control of the going-out and coming-in of your finances for bills and all the transactional stuffs you can ever think of, all in the palm of your hands. Point of correction, it's not just that it's like, it actually is! It has more than you will ever consume. Fast responses too. Probably the best we have at the moment as touching mobile banking app in this part of the world.

It was a smooth ride, until i started one of the investments and wanted to upgrade levels to enable me save more. Pure nightmare. Customer care is useless btw. How do you reset people's levels every time they change devices, and then a validation that was verified, suddenly starts having issues? If it's not address verification, its ID. Like how do you put up National ID option and still reject it, even after accepting it on a previous device? Frustrating experience.

Great app. I wish the feature for paying again from a previous transaction can be restored. It used to be there before. It's usually stressful fishing out account numbers to make transfers. What is available now is the make recurrent feature which is not very useful for me. Also, the list of recent transactions is too short. It can be made longer to make transfers easier.

The app is awesome, their payment method is incredibly amazing. Instant transfer to your bank account. Zero charges for subscriptions, recharge, bills, etc. Gives you enough time to make up for your loan and reminds you ahead of time also gives you the privilege of payment extension if you could not meet up with the due date. Everything about them is SUPERB. Kudos to the team.

This is a great App. Well design app with a friendly interface and simplicity. I could not believe that an app could be this awesome. The process was smooth. Once you have all the correct information the need, you application will be processed in minutes. The awesome part of everything was that, my loans was done on Saturday. The interest rate though is high.

It was an awesome experience with this app, anytime you send a message to them through, they always respond on like other apps. It's easy to get a loan, duration of payment is good and I believe that's why the interest is quite high because you get to pay back in 6months. But you can still work on the interest rate. This app is awesome.👌

The best I loved it and always refer so many persons to used it. I have been taking and paying back before the due dates but just i late payment i have never been given the oportunity to apply for a loan again. For more than 5 months now. I have been doing all kinds if transactions with the app but all to no avail. My case is hopeless

I started out using this as a loan app cos I wasn't sure about their credibility as a wallet but that quickly changed and I use it as my second account number now. A very reliable loan plug, easy and prompt repayment, fair interest rates, investment options and finally, you get paid interest on your deposits/account balance. My loan offers keep increasing too (although this is down to my good record with them) I have recommended this to friends and will keep doing so.
