This app is a scam app, there system fraud, took a Loan which I paid back and I was clear but the overdue still continues, and I informed one of there staff and she told me I should not worry that it will clear later I saw credit alert when I did not apply for loan when due I paid but the overdue still continues, the funniest thing that is happening is that, they keep calling me everyday with different person to pay back my loan even with proof of payment that I did not pay back the first loan.

I downloaded the loan app very easily and application was successful. After the review, i was told my credit limit is 19200 to pay back 26900 after 14days which is too high. The problem now is that i don't want the 19200, i want 10000 but i haven't been able to reduce the 19200 to 10000, my question is, is it by force to withdraw the whole amount? I only need 10,000 that is what i can at least afford to pay back and the worst part is that the interest for 10000 is not even showing? look into it

This is app is terrible. Just rubbish..I don't want to give you any single stars self .coz u very annoying. How can someone apply for a loan of 50,000 n the interest rate is 50%. That's the person would pay back 75,000 thousand. Applying for a loan of #70,000 to lay back #105,000. Ha u guys are wicked . N because of my compliant through ur gmail. This app started well, then began bumping up my charges at the very final clicks to get my loan. I ended up paying N7,000 of unplanned, ridiculous charges at the end of my last loan term. To say that I am very disappointed is a huge understatement. You guys goofed big time and lost a customer.

Yahoo yahoo in a highest order, how can you be debiting my account every now and then, this people have debited my account more than what i suppose to repay,30,000 is my due amount, but they have debited my account more than 70k. This is terrible. I have repaid the loan I applied for for several hours now but yet to be reflected on the dashboard. If you call me tomorrow for overdue I won't pay it oo because I have sent the money. The customer care that sent me message on WhatsApp, I have messaged him/her, trying calling the number but didn't pick. Please reflect it before the next day.

Received message that loan is complete but yet I still received message about loan not paid. #99000+ has been debited from my account for all payment done. Threatening your customers is not rendering service at all. I took a loan for a month to reply I had no idea it was a 14 day 2 tenor repayment so I told the agent that called me that I'll complete the payment on the date of the second tenor and she agreed only for me to see a message like this "WE WILL NOT HESITATE IN TARNISHING YOUR IMAGE TODAY. Do you know that the permission you granted our App read your phonebook, BVN & your private chats" this is what this application is promoting.

Hello, i made payment of 25901 for a loan i collected twice. I used my card to pay but network was not good and i went ahead and did transfer through mobile app. Latter i saw i was debited twice cos the card payment went through and the mobile transfer too went. I've been a user on the loan app! But I must say this it's ridiculous fro whatsoever reason either being generated by system or not. If a user didn't meet up on time for repayment. For collection of #70k for two weeks you pay #25k extra for taking such facilities. After you pay installment #30k and you still the system increasing your bills it's so ridiculous & crazy I must say .. you had better work on the system increasing fees. Hence the extra will never be paid

Just applied for a loan though my first time using this app everything was going well, till when I was asked to Link my card so that the loan will be disbursed which I did and I was debited N10 charge And till now I haven't received any credit even in the app it keeps telling me I can't apply for a loan at the moment. Please if you're not giving a loan refund my money to me and delete my account from your app

Easy to use.. but please improve on the loan amount. Forcing people to get a particular amount of loan they don't want, I want lesser loan to what the app says I could get. And the interest rate is relatively high considering the time given for repayment. Just 14days and not even upto a month.
