Fast loan disbursement. High interest rate. And difficult binding my ATM card. Kindly send an alternative account to repay loan through bank transfer. The time of repayment is too short for a salary earner. The interest rate should be reduced it's too high compared to Ur advert I saw on Instagram. I got a good service initially but my next application was terrible. I made a loan application which showed successful but I never received anything into the account getting to a week now! The account is functioning well as I regularly receive funds into it. Like I said in my mail to them, when it's due date I cannot pay for a loan service I never received. My confidence in 9jacash has been shattered! Their customer service is non responsive, too bad!

Getting the loan was fast but the account i was to repay into was not verified. I explained this to one of their agents and XGO FINANC Zenith bank account was sent. I made the payment and as we speak i am yet to receive a feedback. Three or four agents called me to concerning the loan overdue and i explained the payment to them, non of them deemed it fit to verify or get back to me. I keep getting calls of overdue payments. It sucks, i have screenshots of all conversations and payments.
