This is the worst loan app I have ever seen. There interest rate is high and repayment is difficult. I requested for a loan which they said was approved but I haven't been credited. I tried sending an email but no response.  I won't pay back any money when I didn't receive the loan

This app is a useless app. I think it's a scam app that they are just using to gather people information and bvn. If anything happens in any of my accounts tomorrow, this operator of this app would be held responsible for it. Imagine I applied for a 10k since 5 days ago and the money haven't been credited to my bank account since 🙃 what a fake app😡😡😡😡

This app is nonsense I signed up and applied for a loan they didn't aprove it after putting all the details, they debited me for charges in less than 1 hour they took all the money that was left in my account. It's very useless .

I wanted to see the offer I could get but I got credited without my consent. I decided to take it anyways and when I paid back, I got credited another amount again and this time I am not paying for what I did not request for.

I paid my loan a day to the due at about 5pm but the same amount was deducted at about 9:30pm again, I have sent them a mail and I have not gotten a reply. The same thing with messaging and calling.

I dont understand this app at all. When i downloaded it i got loan from PALM NAIR though they didnt wait for me to accept they just send money to my account. On the due date,PALM naira auto debited me 13k twice and asked me to apply for another loan wich they said 18k but was only giving 15k.Then they kept auto debitting me i had to stop putting money on my account and now they have been calling/secding me threats to pay back but they refused to pay me back the money they took from me.

The app is something else o, after wasting my data on filling all the required informations. I was told the money was been disburse into my account but honestly I received nothing I mean nothing afterwards different loan applications starting showing. Infact this is laughable 😂😅😅

This app is a scam... I applied for a loan in the access credit platform on this app.. I entered my details and bound a GTB bank card to it. They told me that my account has been credited but not received it till now and they will be expecting me to repay it. If it's not sorted out, I'm going to cancel the card.

What annoys me most is that during verification you will be made to spend nearly 20 minutes taking personal photos and no result.

I applied for a loan here, it shows I have been disburses since 5 days ago, but I did not receive any payment,how can I pay for money I did not see, and have been trying to contact them but no avail.

This app is a terrible app, the interest is too high if you miss deadline however, at first i find it difficult to repay, secondly, i chat there customer service up, she said my number is not register on there system. Also i didnt request for a loan and my account was credited, i send a mail concerning it, there was no response to it. I call there customer service on phone for good 30mins no one pick my call, all my airtime was wasted. i dont need ur money anymore

I don't understand this app at all...after saying withdraw to withdraw is a very big problem coz the code my bank is giving me is 8 characters while this app is requesting for 6 characters which is very bad. I can't withdraw but they're saying I should withdraw and this is very bad.

I downloaded the app and after putting in the necessary information I was taken to other apps to collect from and after clicking on them it'll just show refresh after like every 30 seconds it doesn't go beyond that

OTP keep sending to the wrong BVN linked number, I updated my phone number attached to BVN last month and it worked fine for others.

Please, Ave not received the loan I applied for since the past 4 hours now, and the app is already showing that, am currently on a loan when Ave not received the money yet, if I didn't get that money to be sincere am not going to pay back any money to them on the 23rd of February..this is total frustration..

This app is the most useless app ever, after downloading and successfully filled up all the requirements, you'll find out the have different app under it, then you'll clicked on one to get money, what you'll see is withdraw, then when you clicked on withdraw it's either they'll show timeout or and it will on reviewing results for 30sec, after 30sec, they're say refresh results, and you'll keep clicking, it doesn't go beyond that, and you won't see the money either
