I wanted a loan and the amount they gave me is very small compared to what I Want, I left without taking any loan only for one of there staff to message me that she can increase the loan for, she gave me a process to follow & before I know it the small amount I said I don't want was paid into my account, I immediately send it back and message the lady and she refused to respond to my messages since then. They've been calling me to pay for the interest of money I didn't collect. They are thieves!

This app is the worst app ever,they will be sending you threat messages even before the loan is due ,i payed my loan so early on my dued date and they haven't cleared me till the second day,one othe staffs told me it has reflected the second day that i should pay the overdue charges of 800,after paying the additional 800 they told me that the money hasn't reflected again.i've been on it since.DON'T DOWNLOAD THIS APP,YOU WILL REGRET DOWNLOADING IT

Extremely greedy app, very poor customer relations, and an absolute act of fraud. Disbursed loan to my account on 2nd Jan without my consent, calling my attention to it on 9th January telling me that I have an outstanding on the app. After logging in and found out, I immediately refund their money . Now they are demanding for the interest. Interest of what I don't apply for. Foolish people with fraudulent and greedy act

I havent had any issues with the app,the only things to work on are the loan tenures ,no matter how many times one borrows,it's still 7 days with crazy interest. They promise switching people to higher business loans but never do

At first when I took a loan, The app went smoothly plus the loan was disbursed and the payment also was swift. However, I requested for another loan but was not disbursed into my account for more than three days now and the app is already showing me to pay back what I have not received. I also chatted with your customer Care and all they kept saying is the loan was disbursed.

This people are scammers. A lady called me and deceived me that they have a higher package for me, I before I knew it, N1700 was credited to my account while on the app, I saw that I'm owing N2000. I quickly returned back the money and also paid 760 for nothing. They are frudulent in behavior

This people are very explotative. Their interest rate is very high. Secondly, you only have 7 days to pay back. I was deceived when the app displayed 14 days tenor, but when the loan was disbursed what I saw was 7 days. It wasn't really funny. There are better apps that offer good interest rate as well as 15 days to one month tenor.

This app is a total mess up one,(1)there customer service is very very poor,if you send them message you can't get anyone to reply you,(2)there staff are so rude,(3)there interest rate is too high,and they deducted money from my account even when am not oweing them(4)there loan period is just 7days only,have use them like 5 times,(5)they use to repeat the same amount,Please stay away from this app,they are dubious,and there service is very very poor. So far so good! Now the app keeps taking long to process audition. Though you might have no record of delaying any payment, they take long time processing before disbursing you with the little sum you apply for for a very urgent financial issues.

The app uses 419 agents who according to them are assigned targets on daily basis and trick on suspecting customers to accept loan offers that they do not really give out. It should settle to really banking business instead of the present deciet. The app developer did a nice job but the operator of the app are group of 419. Users be careful.

This is the worst of all the loan app. They charge about 45% of any amount your applying for. For example, if you apply for 2,000. =N=1240 will be credited into your account. Also, one of their staff will call u and tell u to apply for 2k that he'll help you get business loan of 70,000 to pay 80k in 40days. It is a scam, don't fall for it.

BGLoan is not ready for business how can you charge #1,900, making amount borrowed to be #3,100. After that you offer a second time with same rates. This is a scam app. I applied for #5,000 but all the charges reduced the net amount to #3,100. I thought after that subsequent offers will be better. Surprisingly, it's the same. Scammers; thats what they are. I have paid up and deleted the app.
