Very bad loan app. I repaid my loan 2days before my due date, I was debited, they didn't acknowledge. Afterwards they are still removing money from my bank account. You can't reach their customer care at all, if they have any. I won't recommend this app at all.

I made a request of N39,000 on 16/02/2023 the details was not reflected only for me to discover later from the dashboard that well over N15,000 was charged as interest. Yet, the loan was not disbursed and repayment of 1st tranch will be due on 22nd. I had requested them to cancel the loan on 3different occasions through their official email but nothing was done in this regard. This is highly fraudulent.

 This app is very annoying is it a must to borrow money, after I found out that their interest is so high I chatted with their customer service to cancel everything I have applied for, they didn't cancel anything and they forced the loan on me, how can I pay 4,000 for 15,000, I even called them via phone they didn't pick up they wasted my airtime, I am deleting this app after I refund their money, suck app

A loan I didn't request for was disbursed into my account and I reached out to you people's customer care on the app the following day and she told me I'll have to pay with interest for money I didn't request for. We're still going back and forth on email messages and they're insisting I pay in full for what I didn't use a penny from. I'll never pay for such and I'll advise you say off their app plus their interest rate is really high. They're all scammers!Avoid this app! They don't help matters

This app is soo legitimate. I was given a loan of 91k for my first application. I recommend this app to everyone looking for a personal loan for business. I hope they continue the good work. Disbursement is very fast. But interest rate is a high.

This app is a total Fraud! Run away from them! I'm being honest here... When you try to repay via debit card, it won't work. So you will have to try again. When you do so, you will be secretly debited twice of your repayment amount. The app may only reflect one of the two repayment amounts you were debited for. I tried calling customer care, no response. I tried contacting them by email, they responded and promised to refund the excess amount within 7 days which they never did. Run!

Very frustrating loan app. Have been binding card for more than a month now. Yes nothing has been done. If I fill the card info again,it will say "av bind card already" and when I put loan amount, it takes me to card binding again. Very frustrating and disappointing.

only got notified the fifth day after loan due on my WhatsApp because I lost phone. I discussed with your CS and she said the overdue would be cleared if I could pay off the principal amount immediately. I did instantly and I still keep receiving calls from you till now saying am owing.

Fund was requested yesterday, it showed disbursed on the app. Till this moment, it's not disbursed to my account. If after today it's not disbursed, I'll delete the app because I won't need it again. You can keep your funds if the urgency in taking these little money with huge interest rates

Great app indeed and expedient in their delivery. They don't threaten you with text messages. Very professional customer care. Would have loved to give it a five star but for this one reason: Made my payment and my account have been debited but it has not reflected on my Newcredit platform.

Very easy to borrow money, extremely difficult to make repayment. And even after repaying the money, you'd have to wait a very long time before it is verified. I have made my repayment and awaiting verification for more than a while now. I definitely will not be paying my additional interest, if incured. And the customer care seem to be unable to help. Also, the app is very buggy and keeps crashing everytime.

The app is good until i update it twice and it stopped working ive uninstalled and download the app again its giving the same problem pls kindly look into this i thought upgrading the app is for the best now its the contrary,it keep saying unfortunately newcredit has stop,and the customer service very poor i just received a call from one of the agent hoping to relate my difficulty in accessing the App after i update she just kept talking non stop and i cant even hear what shes saying

These people are fraud Imagine I made a repayment of my loan and another was disbursed to me that same day without me requesting for it, I contacted them via customer service chat and I was told is a system error, that I should transfer the disbursed amount back immediately and they will clear the interest But till now, they've not cleared up the interest even after 3 weeks and now they have deactivated the customer service chat on the app, no one is responding to customer service call or email

They are scams i tried taking a loan and they didn't approved it and later I saw it in the app that am owning them #13,000 without receiving any money.And when I called their customer support like 3 to 4 times they keep saying rubbish and they said they will call me back but up till now I didn't receive any money and the customer service didn't call back please don't even try taking loan from them they are worst

Very poor customer assistance, and poor services too. I made a loan repayment and I was also deducted twice of my repayment. Have been calling the customer assistance thrice for 9 days now and they keep promising to refund my money back but until now they have failed to refund. I don't even trust this loan app again and everyone should be careful.

This is the worst loan app I've ever seen. PLEASE! DO NOT DOWNLOAD. Their coupons are useless if you're not going to reloan after previous loan payment, loans in this app can't even be paid installmentally. Their loans can't even be extended knowing fully well that circumstances can move someone off balance & they'll give you a short period for repayment, so sad. You can't even be allowed to collect more or less than N2000, it's either N2000 or nothing. They are just STRICT. PLS DON'T DOWNLOAD

Everytime i try to access the app after my facial recognition requirment, the app tells me to wait a while and it freezes there forever. I haven't been able to access any loan due to this issue so i have no idea what their service is like

I applied for a loan and received a far higher loan than the actual amount amount I inputted, thereby raising my interest to an outrageously high figure .. And I've been trying to contact the support desk and I've emailed them like 3 times no response and it seems fraudulent to impose a certain amount on individuals and shut down the customer care just so you'd leave them no other choice
