You should not worry about loan apps threatening to post your picture on social media. If you check their accounts, you’ll notice most of them have fewer than 100 followers. This means they are mainly circulating your picture among themselves just to instill fear in you. Never pay a dime if any loan app posts your picture online; they are actually the ones owing you, not the other way around. Instead, report the account to the appropriate social media platform, and it will likely be closed down.
If you linked (bound) your ATM card during registration with a loan app, they can automatically debit your account. To prevent this, you should go to your bank, block the card, and request a new one.
For fully licensed Microfinance Banks that may use the Global Standing Instruction (GSI) or place a lien on your account, the safest option is to move your money to another bank account that has never been registered with loan apps. This will stop them from debiting your funds.
99% of loan apps cannot come to your house or office because most of them operate illegally and have no legal right to pursue you physically. Only fully licensed and approved Microfinance Banks with a registered office address and reputation as a legitimate financial institution can pay you a friendly visit, but never to arrest you.

In most cases, 90% of loan apps cannot report you to the Credit Bureau. This is because many of them are not licensed financial institutions or they charge exorbitant interest rates that violate government policies.

Plus, they'll be calling you as if the world is ending if you don't repay on time and when you finally do, you don't even get a message to acknowledge that your repayment has been seen. I deleted the app immediately i saw that my repayment has been posted.

Your App is realy Good and Amazing, my only issue with the App is rejecting my payment with my Card even before the due date, i had too pay offline, and its over three hours now for the payment but it still didnt reflect on my App account. I wrote to them on email with proof of payment, still no any response.. Aside that the App is really Amazing

registration and disbursement was fast and to the point but your loan interest and duration is extremely customer unfriendly. Based on this, I may delete your mobile app from my phone. Reason being that I don't want to be put in a tight situation for a loan repayment because of its extremely transient duration. However, thanks for your assistance at the time

My first experience with this app was great, but now their becoming unprofessional. I recently made my payment offline and up until now i haven't been cleared. The most annoying thing is that their contact line has not been connecting for a long time now. well i have payment proof if they like let them keep piling overdue profit for me. why provide offline account details you can pay with and not respond when it's paid .

Am not happy about this at all. I have paid back my loan and it wasn't cleared . Went back to the app to check I saw the amount been increased. Sent an email earlier to complain there was no response up till now. The numbers and emergency lines aren't going through both WhatsApp number.Now it's showing 3days due already for what I have paid back already.

It's my first time to use CASHMALL but honestly I regret taking loan from casmall, since yesterday, I have been trying to pay up my loan, but the app is not working, I tried using bank transfer but my bank was not listed amongst the list of Banks to choose from, I tried to contact the customer care line, it was switched off, I tried chatting on WhatsApp they are not on WhatsApp, and now have just 2 days before the due date. this is a deliberate act to delay my payment so as to add extra charge

I received a loan. Till today when it was due. I did get a notification to repay. And I did an offline payment, no changes to my dashboard and times running. An email has been sent to them but no changes

the experience here is perfectly okay..but the only issue is that , the App doesn't adjust and reflect the loan repayment on dashboard. my loan is overdue tomorrow 09/12/22, and I have made repayment today, 08/12/22..till now my dashboard board has not reflected the payment. this isn't happening in other Loan Apps I have been using.. this error should be imediately corrected to redeem your image. thanks

This app have given me a horrible experience so far. I paid since 2nd February 2022 and till now the app have refused to acknowledge the payment. The contact numbers on the app are phantom numbers, and the customer feedback channels are non-existent. I have sent the evidence of payment to their Facebook and Twitter channels but nothing have come out of it. I also contacted their sister company (Sparkle Naira) to get their contact all to no avail. Is this a scam?
