I have paid them for over 3weeks now and they refused to removed my name from credit bureau (credit Registry) as defaulted. Please kindly help me to reach out to them within 24hrs, because I'm processing something on line that requires my credit report. Easemoni is affiliated to Blueridge Microfinance Bank.

I wanted to get a loan of 140k to quickly sort out things while my maximum loan limit was 500k, as a frequent user of their app, I selected an option that was supposed to allow me adjusted the amount to what I actually wanted but the option instead disbursed the maximum 500k into my account. I called them and no one picked, I sent mail and while waiting for their reply, I called again and luckily a lady picked and advised to immediately pay back the 500k, send them the receipt via mail and they will work on it. I immediately made the payment of 500k to them after dropping the call and while trying to send them the receipt, I noticed that they have replied my mail with same option that was given by the lady I spoke with. I replied their mail that I have paid, attached the receipt and my phone number as instructed only for the company to adjust the 500k as part payment for my loan and left the balance as payment that I am required to pay in future.

I have sent them 4 follow up mails but no reply yet and I have tried to reach them on customer care line but they always claimed on each of my trials that all their contacts are busy that I should call back some other time. I used to think that they are the best but this experience with them shows desperation to force a loan on me and I am waiting for them.

The best and the real hassle-free loan application app in Nigeria today. No unnecessary documentation once. The only thing I don't like is their automated calls when your repayment is near, that's not bad though. I strongly recommend this app for anyone. Please pay your loan on time to increase your limit.

I made a complete repayment before regular time and applied for another loan for the past more than 24hrs now. Hoping to get loan, the next thing I saw was declined. My repayment wasn't my first, second or third time. Is that how they does! Decided not to grant loan after paying back. This is too slow and not reliable as they said they are. They weren't like this when I first get the first loan.

This app has been so helpful to me, I tried it the first time and it went smooth and easy. Easy to apply easy to get thank you so much ease Moni 🙏😘😘😘 But there is an issue, the first time I applied the interest rate was low but the second time the interest rate is really high 😬

Very terible loan app. Applied for loan and for over 48hours, loan is still being processed. Sent several mail to their contact center and they don't repond to any. Called their customer care severally and they can'tbe reach. I got them once but it seems it was programmed to be playing music for customers. Tried their live chat and it seems it is programmed to always be busy. Uptil now, the loan is still being processed and i cant even cancel it. App looks so empty.

The first time I applied, it was so easy and stress free within 5 minutes of submitting my application I got an alert of 10000 to repay in a months time. Not only that it was so easy and fast,no embarrassing calls or messages but with high regard reminding you of your date with them. I am impressed

It's a nice app, lovely and good in upgrading customers credit limit instantly as they comply.. this is one of the app that had updated me always with higher amount as I pay, not minding your credit history.. But I would advise that long term loan should always be with friendly interest..

I'm afraid, the EaseMoni App is very much less secure, vulnerable and easily prone to hackers. Upon downloading and continual use of the app, it logs one in without a password after signing out. Currently the app on my phone was hacked and l cannot even sign in. I uninstall the app and try to sign in with a new password by clicking on forgotten password but the necessary code was never sent to my phone. The call and USSD did not work either, guess the hackers are having fun, still can't log in.

What amuse me about the app is the long duration and low interest but the limit amount is too small, however,I hope with good performance it can be improved for higher limit. It really pains me for trying severally before being granted loan and it's also disheartening because it was so small to help my business.

This app good but I have been having issues changing my bank account details for weeks now, customer care asked me to send mail which didn't go through, live chat too is always busy. This is frustrating.

I am yet to receive the loan money I applied for in my bank account. And yet it's already showing in the app that my loan has started counting whereas the money hasn't even reflected. I can't pay for what I didn't use and to think that the email address In the app is not even working. Total nonsense

Though the services were good from the onstart but as time went by, it tells me to reapply after six days in which after the six days, tells me to re-apply in six days again. I have written series of complains to your email and they told me it was system error and have refuses to fix it.

How is it so hard to reach out to customer service....the number does not ring, live chat is always busy, emails does not get responded to.... I accidently over re paid my last loan and all effort to reach out have been to no avail. But I keep getting messages to come take another loan.

Application for the loan was very easy. Questions very brief. Duration for repayment very short, unlike other loan applications that gives 3, 6 or more months for repayment and allow repayment extension you give only 22 or 29 days for your loan repayment and no provision for loan payment extension in your app.

The first time i used this app it was smooth and easy but my second application was not a good experience. I applied for a loan which took forever to process and then later in the day I got a message that the loan had been disbursed but it took a long time for it to reflect in my account and customer service was not responding

Their service is very fast and easy to access and if you repay back on time before the due date they will upgrade your loan limits... I cleared my loan before due date via bank transfer from my StanbicIBTC app. The loan didn't automatically clear frm my app as it shd and I reached out to them with d receipt of payment and gave them d session ID number for tracking. After sending ds evidence to Easemoni 2 clear me off my loan. They didn't. Instead they debited me AGAIN (making 2 payments with interest) with my linked atm card after harassing me severally. I don't recommend

This app is a big setup to trap users lol. Been using it for over a year now and since the new update. They set you up to collect the minimum they want you to collect. I collected a certain amount and paid back. After I refreshed my limit on the app, I could not collect less than an amount. I took it and then paid back after which they raised the limit again! Disgusting setup to trap you so they make more profit. You either take the minimum offer or you stay away lol Nice one Blueridge😊

Very terrible app, I have been using it for a while and clearing all my loan before due dates, on some occasions I even paid weeks ahead of due date... All of a sudden, they started declining me loan, called customer services and I was told it was system error till date it still the same thing. I feel being used by them after all the interest I paid, I can no longer use the service

Very realyable and dependable loan app. Once you follow their rules, you're good to go. Their interest is very low compare to other loan Application. Just review paid limit don't remain stable at 29 days, the interest is high please review it because it's not like that on some other loan app am using.

Very Good one.....the app is super good, reliable, low interest rate, fast approval and extended payment period....but I don't like the fact that instead of increasing someone loan limit they will be reducing it.....but apart from that the easemoni is one of the best

No single improvement in the app at allllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll, the worst loan app ever. Poor customer service and terrible rating. They kept me on a low loan offer since September or so, customer service kept telling me that I'm due for increment but there's an omission that they kept escalating with no result. Very painful, 100% credit score and early payment means nothing to their system.

Initially when I started using this app, they were doing well; low interest rate and all, but now, their interest rate have become increasingly high. - Fixed loan amount: I couldn't request for a lower loan because I was told my account was upgraded to VIP level, yet the interest on loan is mind blowing. - The customer service number take eternity to connect. - It is only when repayment is due that is when Easemoni will call you, but after payment they'll never listen to you.
