My issues is that I don't have access to the easy buy app to make my payment if I tap the app they take me to a page with pay and customer care number and if I click pay it is no responding and the customer care number is fake number that is so frustrating. Secondly I paid half of the second term they they limit all my app since then I got no call,no message and other communication purpose because they no what they did.

I got a phone through easy buy with a three month payment tenure but when it's time for me to pay for the last tenure it's not working..the website they say I should pay to isn't working and the costumer care lines aren't connecting and they keep blocking my apps ... Right now I don't know how to pay and the interest keeps accumulating...

I solemnly regret to have been in touch with you guys, I bought a phone from your company a week that happened during the election period, I wasn't able to pay back on time because my BANK network has been giving me issues. It's not that I didn't want to pay but my Bank network isn't going, so I held back and wait, to my greatest surprise, the phone has been lock, no way to open the App, even when I tried to open the EASYBUY APP to make payments. What's the problem.?

This app is trash. I absolutely regret using easybuy. I have made payments via the virtual account provided by the company for over five(5) days now, and even as I type this review, there's been no notification whatsoever to confirm receipt of my payment even after my bank account debited me instantly. My device is still locked and there's no way to reach out to customer service because the number never goes through. Also makes me feel like I wasted money because the interest rates are so high

Can't open the app, when I try to open it, it will show something else, what they wrote at the top is device locked, then at the button you will see pay, customer care, whan I click pay it will show web page not available Name not resolved , I have even updated the app thinking it would solve the problem but is still showing the same thing..

The app is showing device locked with two options to pay or call customer care, but after clicking on pay it shows the web page is unavailable. Is this a new development or an error as the app is not opening to show a dashboard? And what should we do, and what is paytrigger?

I don't like the operation of thid app. My dept was to be dued on the 19th, but the app as already deducted part of the money on the 18th. After that been done, on the 19th, i paid enough money into my account so as they to deduct their balance without inconvenience. But, behold, they refused to take everything, they rather take part and now they notify me that my phone is overdue as if i didn't know. Again, the app shows expired when playtore doesn't give room for updation. How do i pay now?

Got a phone via easy buy, they keep deducting from my account when due, for the terms of our agreement. After everything they offer me a loan which I rejected. Only to wake up this morning and see a debit alert with series of bank recovery codes from easy buy.

Easy buy is a good loan app for both phone and money but my only advice is don't try to call customer service cause nobody will pick and after I transfered.my full repayment plan they still debited money from my account twice I sent a mail nobody replied I won't pay them next repayment cause the money you removed from my account is equivalent to that

I took a loan via easy buy.. I paid up till the last one.. I have been trying to pay up via paystack.. as it didnt go, I paid via bank transfer.. after clearing my loan I found out they went back that same day to clear my money from my zenith bank.. the bank I was using to pay back via paystack.. and it locked like fraudulent to me... Because the money was collected bit by bit.. it 5k

The repay button is not working , instead they want me to borrow more money. I have just one more payment to pay but couldn't pay because the repayment button keep taking me to click on borrowing more money to incurred more debt. I am paying before the due dates. Also, there is no way you can reach customer care in any form to complain or to express your feeling. The app is so bad.

Easybuy is the worst loan app I have ever come across, I applied for a loan, and my account was debited ×2 of the loan I applied the funniest thing is it still shows on the app that I haven't paid, already tried calling, sent several emails no response and the interest is accumulating. It's been over 2 weeks now, You guys didn't call or text to threaten me again because you know what you did. I'd like you to refund my money and also clear my loan on the app. It's frustrating

A nice applications but the only prob is that interest charged as at when your payment date due is too much and secondly, I have been trying logging into the app to pay my due for over months now but couldn't access the app so the phone had remain a mere notebook for me and not a means of communication.

This is the worst loan app you could ever think of applying for... They are scams. I tried making payments back after being cajoled to collect a loan I didn't need, in the name of being credit worthy. The repayments did not succeed and I put several calls through to their customer care service, while sending several emails. They ended up removing 1% of the loan I collected on the premise that I didn't pay on time.

Very unprofessional staff. I got to know about easybuy when I wanted to get a new phone, and our dealings went smoothly. After which, they started bombarding me with calls to request for cash loans, in which I objected to cos I don't need it. I obliged after a while and requested a little cash to test their service. Unfortunately, my repayment fell on this period that bank services are poor cos of cashless policy, but these guys have been calling all my contacts and blackmailing me!

After keeping a good record, It's quiet frustrating seeing my money debited without my consent and overdue charge added simply due to network challenge which has delayed my payment for just a day. Most annoying & frustrating, 75% of the next & last repayment which is due for march 16 has been automatically debited instalmentally without my consent and not everything debited has been deducted from the remaining outstanding. This is frustrating.

The app is good, but loan repayment was done, offline due to the network is bad sometimes, I even over paid and they refunded me within 2days of complain, the agent have responded well, my transactions with them is ok, but clearing the loan from the app should done immediately when customer have finished, paying should be done automatic from the system

The App is good but I would like to say; After the customer might have completely paid up, there should be ways of removing the customer's profile and data especially, the bank records. Secondly, they should work on the interest attached to loans. Some customers couldn't pay back or have good records with them because the interest is much. Thanks!
