I took loan from FlexiCash through the Palmpay App. I have been prompt at paying but because of some issues, I couldn't meet up with repayment on the due date and they went haywire defaming me. In fact they categorically told me they are going DIABOLICAL to deal with me. And since then I have been sick for over a month now. FCCPC should take stringent action on both FlexiCash and Palmpay for employing diabolical means to get at their defaulters. I think they are not different with ritualists.
