I never confirmed your loan. Why then did you pay in the money into my account after two days that I declined the offer and evenuninstalledyour App. I saw that your interest rate was very high,ď more than 50%, so I declined it. How on earth do you expect one to take #7000 to repay #10,829 for 6days?

I made a repayment of my outstanding loan to the account provided on the App and the transaction was successful with my account debited. Just for an agent to contact me and ask that I make another repayment because the account on the App has been having issues. I've made my repayment, no money was reversed into my bank account

Horrible app. I applied for a loan since yesterday morning and up till this moment no money in my account, but their useless dashboard displays repayment. I will never pay for money I didn't receive.

The app was good at the beginning but later, it was not good because they only you 7 days and their interest is too high. How will they expect you to pay 52,000 for 34,000 in just 7 days.

There is absolutely no communication from the help desk. It's appalling!! I've repaid for days and am still being told to pay even with repeated messages through email and sms and Instagram to the help desk to update my account. The phone number supplied for the help desk is not even available.

This app is such an annoying app. Just make my payment since morning, instead of clearing the payment you still keep the over due. Phone number switched off, WhatsApp number not working, email address not found. Who does that?? Thieves!!

All these application loan that you people always appear to state that they reliable and fast to give loan..Are all rubbish and very annoying useless app including this GGmoney. They don't give any loan and opening this app is a very big waste of time and data.. imagine I had applied for loan with my profile perfectly set it took the heaven to come down before they replied of my profile was not good. Rubbish!

they were excellent at disbursement of funds.. But after this bitter experience, I don't recommend it to anybody.. I made a repayment over a month,, I contacted the customer service to clear my account for I have made a Comlete repayments,, they promised to do so but to my greatest surprise my account is still showing not cleared. I have full screenshot, and voice records of all kind of insulting calls.

The payment is fast. The problem I have is that my loan is due today. I have made payment through transfer and the agent comfirmed it but the loan is still showing as unpaid on my dashboard. It's annoying

This app is a very wicked and scam app I in Inttended to loan 7k during my registration and the registration wasn't successful the following day I try it wasn't successful Also the next thing I saw was 7k in my account to pay back 10800 under 6 days without me seeing the repayment amount when I was applying.

my experience with them when I want to make payment is bad. There agent told me they are running a promo, that if I could pay a particular amount I would be cleared, only to discover after paying that all na lie, they won't clear you, they are just lying to bring money in. Very bad customer care service. Don't download for your own good.

Those operating this application should be investigated, they are dubious and criminals. I payed the loan I collected from them , it was acknowledged, I applied for another loan, it was not disbursed to me and the dash board showed that I've been paid and even start calculating the pay back date. I tried contacting them on all the contact available on the application non was functional, I only work up this morning recieving a text message from them reminding me my pay back time for the loan.

Not a very good app. Loan repayment should automatically clean off the loan o/s from the home page after repaymt, but will still be showing balance and even accumulating imaginary interest after repaymt was made. No given as whatsup no is not on whatsup and is always off even when you try to make a normal call.

The app is good but I was surprised I made my payment since on the 10th of this month and yet they still keep sending me different kind of messages on watsap telling me to off my loan. I send them the prove of payment and I was ask to send to there email, but nothing comes out of it and still not clear.

Fast in disbursement, the fastest loan app I have ever come across. But the challenges am facing now is clearing my wallet. I have made my payment through bank transfer. Have been calling their contact but it's not connecting.

This app I Don't know, if they owners are working at all ? I collected a loan, and have paid back My loan even before the due date, through transfer which the system provided on the app. I have posted My repayment proof to them in the Email, provided, I have been calling the line, provided on the app, still up till today, they haven't cleared up me loan, they continue sending me SMS to pay, and the worst is that, they're adding additional fees for me.

Poor communication. I made payment via bank transfer option on the app, but they refused to clear the loan. I tried all their means of connecting with their agent but they are not responding. That's very bad They are not on WhatsApp They are not responding to email They are not responding to Facebook messenger Their phone number is not going through for calls. The communication between the agent and the clients is very poor

My experience with the app is not fear, I paid in before the due date but they said they didn't receive the money I have to pay for the second time mean while I went to my bank and it's was confirmed to me that the money has been received so I don't know now if my money will be refunded or not because none of the customer service is responding to me. It's very bad
