The app is user friendly and also the Mr.K chatbot, everything was fine and smooth until I applied for a loan and it was declined and I was told to apply after 24hrs and I did and was still declined, I sent an email requesting for my account to be deleted totally from the platform and they did but they are saying the details I provided (my name, Bank details etc) will not be deleted....... my question is why, what do u need my details for since I can't have access to the platform again

I like the investment return rates, simplicity of use and customer service. All In app numbers are responsive. Migration from the manual system to this App was seamless. I like that the investment options are now inclusive and can be done multiple times. 5 star

Very nice user friendly interface. With the Loan repayment options i.e Quarterly, Biannually I believe it will save lender the stress of checking their dashboard every now and then to know their repayment date. I would suggest the investment section should have a drop down of all investment so as to allow lender surf around and know what investment is best in real time.....

KiaKia P2P is an awesome app! I love the fact that its strictly for lending and so it keeps the user focused. The interface is beautiful, simple and intuitive: it requires no hand holding whatsoever. I was particularly impressed with how quick and easy it was to fund a loan. Along with multiple options for payment too. As someone who operates in the Fintech lending space, I can confidently say that this is an app that gets the job done excellently!

My experience with this p2p is not good at all, I put in the necessary details on getting to the passport and i.d is a problem to summit, only 250kb,hv try all possible means to make it, after summiting, they will say is more than 250kb,abeg this is frustrating jare not friendly at all, I rate u well,but it's frustrating too hard to upload passport and I.d

Seamless and really helpful. I have been using this app in beta for months now and it's been a great experience. It's a perfect alternative to just letting your money lie wasting in the bank with little to no interest remittance. This app help me plan my finances a great deal, their remittance is timely, it has never been delayed even once, the customer service is top notch. It's been an overall 5 star experience

Apart from eliminating the monthly payout option, the quality of service remains the same with the App. The interest rates are fine. I especially love the safety fund component and measures taken to secure. I see this as the Ratesetter of Nigeria. Keep it up.

Kiakia P2P app is just lovely. The intetest rates on investments are great! Espevially the annual interest rate at 28% is just too good to be true! Here goes all my idle cash from now on. I would definitely recommend this. Its a 5 star for me. Thanks guys!

I have been wondering if there is any other thing to do to be able to access loan from Kiakia, but I've not seen any, considering the fact that my mail has been verified and I even did a chat with the web browser chatbot, where I did the necessary things needed and I was told my loan is under review. It's taking forever

This app is not working to me. I've met with their credentials and yet, I'm denied access to loan. Every other step went smoothly but when I got to a point I'm asked to enter the amount I need, I can't. If I click, it doesn't respond

Simple nd straightforward... U provide funds to be used for lending, they give u interest. Just simple... No complexity. It has been 9 months now. Happy 2 Ave the app. Easier to monitor my investments
