This app is the worst loan app I know and need to be banned from Google play store. They stole my money and they kept adding daily interest on my wallet when I'm not owing them. The have the worst service ever. It took them almost a month to rectify the problem and still compelled me to pay for the fake interest they added to my wallet. I paid cus I don't want any bad credit record. This app need to be Banned. Your details are not safe with them. They will use your card details to steal from you

Convenient and fast; low interest, good one-stop service, many channels, simple and great information, great and great, the first application was passed. Personally feel pretty good. Although the amount is not much. But the review is indeed fast!

Very useless app, after collecting all my info, declaring them successful and offering 4k, they still rejected the application and ask that I apply again tomorrow. Same thing happened the next day with a reduction in the amount offered, looks more like 419, be careful with the information you are offering them. I'm off the app.

I shouldn't have given this app any star at all because in the first I thought it was a good app but at the end it was a very bad on and most especially the customer service levels. I apply for a loan and pay back 3 days before the actual due date and I apply for another and the loan was just due yesterday and they have been saying all sorts of bad things to me as if the loan has been long due. You better know how to talk to your customers because without us your app is nothing

Scammers! Stealling by TRICK!!! You dont bind atm card once. I was charged a certain amount for binding my card after the binding was successful and the money deducted from my account, I was sent text that my loan was not approved without any reason. Try again tomorrow. I followed the same step and this odiots called Ncash did the same thing again. If they know they wont approve loans while bind card in the first place? And why bind card at every time a client reapplies? So so annoying.

I would have given it a zero star if there is a place for it on the review section. They started sending messages to my contacts telling them am fraudster after I have made payment into their account . What kind of nonsense is that. So you can't can't discover on time if payment has been made. This app is total rubbish. I rather die than collecting loan from Ncash. It's a stupid app and the staffs are very rude and unprofessional. I already delete ❌ the stupid app.

I'm giving a star but I won't have if it was possible. I applied for a loan yesterday and was told it's under review only to check back after some minutes it was reading my loan was disbursed and my repayment date without any money sent to my account. Pls to avoid issues kindly reverse what is reading on my app cos I won't condole any form of unruly messages sent to me or any of my contacts from your company. Thanks

Quick and effective. The most amazing part of the app is that when you are overdue little amount is added as penalty making it easier to repay on time. Kudos to the developer.

This app is the most dubious app I have ever seen,this guy's have gotten 3 payment from me and didn't clear the loan,they kept sending ilicit messages to my contact, even adding my family members contact,and yet never confirmed my permanent of 7k,6500 and 1900, which I have prove of payment for. Excluding the major payment I have made. This guy's would still from you and mess up your life,do not download thier app. When you pay back your loan they WON'T acknowledge your payment.

The app is helpful in times of need. However, the contact numbers and email are not workable. My loan is overdue and can't login into the app for payment because of password issues. I have contacted all numbers available on the app but to no avail. I even left some money in my account for auto debit, yet nothing of such is done. Am geting scared and confused. Is the company's address in Ogba,Ikeja really still available for someone to visit?

Good disbursement I would say. But I got a text that I can be upgraded from the MICRO LOAN PLATFORM to the BUSINESS PLAN and after repayment of the previous loan. Now I haven't seen any notification. May I know what's causing the delay and i have also called the officer incharge of my account for upgrade yet, I haven't gotten anything from him.

This loan platform is so annoying, because I couldn't repay the loan on time they have to increase my 3777 Loan to 4002. I'll only pay the 3777 which is what I collected from them. And they always tried to debit me during midnight which is an embarrassment to my financial institution, I'll not take it from them just because of 3,000naira only..... Nonsense!!

You're so manipulative, it was good at first but you guys later defrauded me. I requested for the second loan which I needed urgently but you guys refuse to approve then I sent several messages to customer service to cancel loan for like 3 weeks, you didn't cancel it and I didn't receive any credit until after 4 weeks after stating clearly that I don't want the loan but you guys approved it because you want me to pay 954 as interest which is a big deal for someone who tried to borrow 4,000.

This is a very good app. I give you 5stars because your payment has been prompt with a moderate interest rate. However, you need to provide your customers with a phone number with which we can call directly for complains. For instance, I overpaid my loan with 10k and the refund is yet to be done. And there's no number to call. Please I need my refund of 10k. Thanks.

One is always unable to reach their customer service but when your loan is about 3days to expire, they'll keep calling, sending text messages up and down, even when you've paid up the loan. And also the amount of the loan they give is so small and the interest rate is high, the 7days pay period is too close for such an high interest rate. I'm gave 2 star because They credit fast..Please you guys should work on your system so that you can get more referrals.

It was easy to register and get a loan,but the interest is so high unlike other apps,and for three times now I have been kept at 9500 limit even after I paid on time. Your customer service is very poor and rude imagine the young man trying to insult me and your robot is always disturbing with calls every minute..do something about the maximum loan upgrade,because you still show I can borrow higher amount but has kept it at 9500 for long now.

I am enjoying this app. But tonight I wanted to make a repayment, and I sent to the zenith account and was debited. And later they deducted from my account same sum, making it double deduction. Unfortunately, there's no customer care line to contact,since the email address isn't going through. They should refund me. Nice app anyways

This app is stressfree in registration, very smooth with clear network. I recommand them to anyone that needs cash fast. But my only concern is the starting point amount. I actually need this cash to enhance my business but the amount they approved for me is really very small, nevertheless their interest rate is very considerate. I give them 5 stars.

I repaid my loan twice on the 14 05 2021 and I need a reversal back to me...I have complained about this and nobody has gotten back to me about this...the in app chat has not been useful... kindly take a look into this matter....amount is 6438....it was mistakenly paid twice... kindly assist for a reversal. This app is a no no. In one word do not use this app. If you default one day, they ruin your entire image as a person even though you have taken numerous loans from them and have always paid back on time regardless of their overly high interest rate, they don't care. The customer service agents assigned to collect are illiterates and they have no training on how to talk to their loyal customers. If u want to have a high blood pressure then use this app.

They keep texting you about upgrading your loan duration every single week to get you to pay but become miraculously unavailable once you make the payment. Don't waste your time, they'll have you stuck on a 7 day payment period for months with no upgrade in sight.

So annoyed. I applied for two consecutive times which was successful approved. To bound my card b4 disbursing to my acct, that is where the problem started. 4 diff cards was just hanging up. I,m tired. Fix whatever is the problem and get it 5stars. This app is worthy
