After paying mt initial interest plus part of the default charged, they are spamming my contacts. I cannot get a number to discuss with them also

This is worst than the worst app I have ever come across in the whole universe. This people are thiefs, extortionals and thieves. Infact they are scammers. How can one apply for a loan of #2100 and you credit him 1,389 then ask him to pay a full loan of 2100. What is the fee of more than 700 for, what am I paying for. This a criminal act.This is wickedness on high places. Couple with short payment term of just 7 days.l regret knowing this app.Guys out there don't try using this app. Save youlife

The only way to take down this app. Is to rebroadcast their evil way of extorting people. How can someone get a loan for 7 days to repay that huge amount and within 4 days you already debited the person's account for repayment.

I've been on ur app since yesterday and this morning I tried it again and I received a message from the app that my loan has been approved and that I should withdrawal my loan which I tried to and the app asked me to bind my ATM card which I did and my account was debit and now for me to withdrawal the money is a big problem it keeps on saying try again tomorrow after deducting my money.

Prime pay is part of the problems of this country. We were fine before they came with their useless loan. If you need to download an app or use any loan app at all please read carefully and read people's comment first before you apply cause most of them are scammers and thief's. Share this to your family and friends not to use the prime pay loan app so the don't fall victims.

I was giving a 7 days loan of N16,500 on 14/03/23 with interest, mgt fee and com deducted. N6,200 was paid as deposit. Now due to bank online current issue I was charged additional overdue of N7, 144.75 total amount to now pay is N17,144.75. I have paid them N12,944.75 & i didnt pay outrageous overdue anymore considering the high interest charges on principal loan. the app is still reading N5,000 to bal which I'm not paying

Unable to effect repayment No WhatsApp phone number to contact staff. Access to communicate impossible. No follow up with customers willing to make payment. Quite discourage.

 firstly your interest is much secondly my loan days was up yesterday 25th which is. Christmas day and there's not way too send the money in my account and someone sent money too me and they deducted the money this is rubbish
