This apps user experience is very bad. I have been unable to register. After adding my location, when I click on next, all it shows is one info error. I least expected such a disastrous app from access bank. Imagine the last update was march 2022. I guess they just neglected the app with no developers managing it. Such a shame.

My experience with this app is argh 😤😤 sooo frustrating. This app is just a waste of time and data. It doesn't allow you to do anything. It doesn't show me the phone whenever you click on search phone, the app closes automatically and ask you to contact playstore. Zero star

I have been trying to take loan for weeks now, it will tell me, application processing, yet they will not credit my account. I will delete the app. What is the use, they told me am eligible for 90k loan for 6months, yet they didn't credit me.

An app designed to make access bank milk the poor. I applied for a pay day loan which duration is 31 days. Two weeks after I got the loan I tried to liquidate it through this app but it never went through. It will queue for liquidation till forever. Only for access bank to now be deducting my money instead of them to liquidate the loan at once whereas I left sufficient fund in my account to cover the loan. It is so annoying. I blame myself for taking their loan.

The interphase of this App is Wack. I wish I didn't update to this New one from the Old one. When deductions are made from one's outstanding loan, it is not quickly updated to display one's current loan balance/standings.

Very very useless app. If you forget your password. Just forget the app cause it won't let you receive any message. Once you receive any mesaage while th Rapp is open. It automatically closes. And you need to start afresh. Access bank this is below par abeg

This app is very frustrating and useless, it should really be taken down from play store and developed, when it is functioning properly you put it up back for people to download and not allow us waste our data and still come here to complain.

The App is unique among contemporaries Provision for filling .every piece of information is made easy and accessible. How ever, at the point of 'request loan' the button does move to search. Though i didn't know whether it was my mobile phone's malfunction. The App is highly effective.

I have used this app for months and it was fine until today. Some how I forgot my pin. After three miserable attempts to log in, my account was deactivated. I can't get back to complete the loan process that I had started. How do you just deactivate account completely because a customer forgot his pin? There is no function as to how one can reset the pin.

 This app is worst...zero rating. I took a payday loan with the normal accessmore app but it doesn't reflect in the quickbucks app. I've been to the bank physically several times to lodge complaints but no results

I mistakenly keyed in the wrong password and the app was deactivated. I have written several letters and visited several access bank branches to rectify the issue, yet no success. It's been months now I can't still gain access to the app. I think access bank is just trying to lock me out so I can't liquidate my loan in order to accumulate the interest over time. I am so disappointed with this app and in total access bank.

Funny how I'm seeing people attestate to the app working, getting a phone loan, and other loans... Mine does not even work at all, no phone is ever available in the app, rather when I click on the search bar it automatically closes the app, same for other options on the app homepage, once clicked the app automatically closes and ask me to contact olaystore.

Terrible app! It has a field where it'll ask you to enter amount you want to liquidate yet there's really no option for that as the liquidate button will totally liquidate the full amount. So I ask, why provide a box asking us to specify amount we want to liquidate? It's a trap to lead you into inadvertently liquidating your loan before the tenure. This is what happened to me as I tried to pay off part of my loan before the time. Now I greatly regret this.

I least expected Access bank to roll out this disaster called quick bucks. So useless and annoying. Very useless that it's just good for nothing. Each time attempt is made to log in, I have to generate another password. Always saying my password doesn't match even when the correct one is imputed. Even when I finally log in, all functions are not working.

Useless and annoying doesn't even begin to describe this app. I can't login, reset password or sign up. A blank page that's supposed to carry an error message keeps popping up. Stop suggesting customers download an app that is obviously useless

This app looks as tho it's still under development / review. It is so basic that it leaves you confused and upset at the same time... I clicked liquidate, it popped an information *Task queued for liquidation. For over two days now no response, and I can't even track the transaction. I'm so disappointed in Access bank.💔

This is the most useless app I've ever installed on my phone. It does absolutely nothing. As in, you can't do anything with it. Somebody needs to explain to me what this app is really intended for. Access Bank kept bugging me with sms to download this thing, I proceeded to do it, I've scoured the entire app looking anything that works but I can't find any. All you get from this useless thing is like 8 boxes with supposed features, you click on any of them and get absolutely nothing from them.

This app has a glitch. DONT BE FOOLED YOU DID NOT FORGET YOUR PIN!!!! ACCESS BANK KNOWS EXACTLY WHAT IS GOING ON BUT CHOOSE TO WITHHOLD INFORMATION. We are not all stupid to forget our transaction pin. Also when you write to them or even visit the bank they do absolutely NOTHING about it. WE DID NOT FORGET OUR PIN ACCESS BANK!!!! WE ARE NOT FOOLS NONSENSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The app recently has been crashing and stopping while trying to load the devices available for loan offers. I uninstalled and reinstalled, still persist, I forced stop still same and tried downloading the app on another phone and yet still same problem.

This app is so frustrating that I want to swear at it. Have been trying to log into the app for months now and all I get is error all the time. Okay I try resetting my password and am still getting error Like do developers even look at the review at all? Please am finding it difficult to repay my outstanding loan, am not satisfied with my account being debited by access bank as they please.
