Renmoney

Due to what others saying about Renmoney and I've tried to get a loan and I've done every necessary things but till now I haven't been offered a loan and also I sent money from my bank account to Renmoney account to test if I can be using it to do business transactions but for the past 8hrs the money never reflect and I've been debited.

This app has an idiotic User Experience. If there is an issue login there is no where to ask for help or do a reset. I provided my email but it's been telling me "Pending OTP Verification". How does that even make sense?

The processing and application are very fast, response is microseconds to receive, very interactive UI, which is very encouraging, affordable and consideration interest rate and time consideration for repayment of loans. Still accessing other areas. Like disbursement time and repayment notification time, as well as quick response from customer service..to give my 6 stars

I heard about Renmoney from adverts on electronic media & downloaded the app. The registration is seamless. I'm impressed with what I've seen so far. I like the investment portfolios & will definitely try them out soon. For now, I am taking a look at what it has to offer & I think I am impressed with the offers (still perusing). I like the architecture. The design is top-notch. The environment is amazing! It's a beauty to behold! I'll come back here to comment further on overall services.

I don't enjoy the app at all I didn't receive alert of 400 that was sent to this app since yesterday night till now I didn't see my money I even apply for loan since yesterday night is just repeating same thing it saying reviewing application since yesterday I don't think this is real 😭😭 my 400 even contact the support team they are not replying again

It was the worst ever. They will just waste your time. Playstore should not accept scams like this. Customer service is worst. Connecting my card has been a problem. Did bank transfer as an option and my money went with the wind. They don't care what you go through. Other apps will even call you to help follow up with your application, no contact number. I really regret downloading this app. Its painful that I can sue then for taking my money with dubious means and i guess I will do at last

This is one of the worst loan app I have ever used. I have tried applying for loan twice but it won't submit my application not to talk More of disbursing money. It is always we can't seem to attend to your request now please try later, I have tried later and tire

Very poor customer service, made a transaction was debited but no credit to the recipient went to recipient's customer care they helped to track the money and it was not in the account. Been texting Renmoney customer service since yesterday no reply, I've just been dropping messages with no reply..

My people this app is a fruad, I registered and after everything instead of them lending me money they took the one I had in my bank account, did I have enough and start searching for where to loan. Don't waste your data and precious time registering on this fraud called Renmone

Trash.. Both ur website and your app is trash.. Nothing is working fine.. To request for loan is a problem.. Invalid NIN when trying to upgrade. Everything is trash. Cc representative too poor.. Unneccessary pop up messages.. Mtcheewww

It's been since last year this app has been on my phone. It have been trying since but yesterday when I was offered a loan, I quickly thought it would be the end of my frustrations with Renmoney. It happened fast. However I am begin to experience another strokes of frustration waiting for a signed offer to be disbursed. It takes even more than a hour for an agent to respond to a chat. I had never wished to have such a bad experience.

Very disappointing app. Since a week now I have been trying to register myself yet I keep having issues with taking self picture to show my face. It doesn't function when it gets to this stage.

The App is not top notch. It can't work without you calling the customer service. I couldn't get a loan after all the whole process and I was not informed of the failure of my application. Not a good experienc

They sent me email that they have reviewed my loan request, and I'm eligible to borrow up to 150,000, only for them to tell me that I'm not eligible to borrow again when I try to apply with the app. And I have a clean record I've not borrow before

One of the most useless apps out there, got debited 4 times all in the name of Tokenizing my Card and at the end of the day was told to reapply, Secondly your customer care department actually needs the money they spend on advert, I wish the was something worse than 0 star..

The only problem I have with this app is that they always find it difficult to generate my statement of account in other to perfect a loan for me .every other thing I think they are the best

This app is the worst among them all After wasting your data, and time to download the app and filling all the required... They end up telling you to reapply in 14 days So useless and unfortunate app It's zero rating

Horrible experience so far. I registered and applied for a loan but was rejected. I didn't think much of it but decided to save some money on the app for emergency situations, only for me to be blocked from the app even when I entered the right log in details and also used biometric option. To worsen it, my security question has changed automatically. I've sent emails and created a complaint ticket but no response

Loan access is very terrible..., I've been trying to link my card it got stuck on paystack..., I've laid several complaint but they never respond with an alternative way of accessing thier loan

Bad customer service. I applied for a loan. I received a mail for the Loan offer letter. I have not been credited till now. Calling their customer care line is another frustrating thing, an agent would pick up the call and end it forgetting that I am been charged for the call. I sent a mail, no response till date. You spend whole lot of money for advertisement. Yeah! You got the customers but you can't keep them because the focus is unimportant thing. App flexibility is zero

Very wrong app for me I don't think I will recommend it for any body.. I apply for loan after enough frustration for 2 months I was for 9800 which was not what I was looking for. I tried to collect it by using my credit card it was horrible I call customer service which directed me to a link which I never trusted. I then said let me log in to my Renmoney account I discovered that I have been blocked and now there customer service is not available also.. I AM deleting this app for good
