Obtaining loan is Seamless but the app does not recognize repayment. Please, I have paid in full your loan. Credit my account immediately. I hate insult. Too bad repayment system!

Horrible experience I overpaid when making loan refund, I sent a message to customer service for refund thay said they don't do refund i have to take another loan with interest to get my money back and the new loan will be deducted from the amount I overpaid. I'm deleting the app as soon as I settle my current issue with them

They don't need to lie with advertisements about first lending. They came up with 20,000 naira in your advertisement but after downloading the app, it's 2,000 naira.

Very good and seemless app I recommend to all.More so,as a first time borrower from this laon app.I applied for a loan and the sum of #3.500 was approved and was said to have been disbursed into my bank account.till now I've not received the said Money and it's showing my repayment plans on my dashboard.

App not updated after repayment I made a payment..today even cleared my board to sterling bank account...they pasted on the app...since morning...the app is still not updated and you guys are calling me to make payment. Please do the needful I hate all these. How can I pay and you are saying I am still owing. Am tired of all these. And no means of call to customer care..and invalid email address.

The loan application process for the App is seamless But the repayment is very bad I transferred to a bank account provided on the app to repay my loan It's been 48hours now And they're still calling me to pay and adding over due/late repayment fines.

Good at first buh there's fraud going on with my account someone has been sending me messages and after then my first payment was deducted without my consent and the remaining installment money was to due Feb 22 buh I paid early on yesterday Feb 17 and I've been debited buh it's still appearing pending payment on the app, right now I detest the app and need my account cleared. I apply for a loan and it shows loan succeed but is not disburse to my account and is already showing repayment due date. I checked on my repayment center for the app, and it shows "you currently have no order to repay". I try reaching out to online customer service they said they have disburse the loan to my account. If they have they should have send me message or i received alert. I checked my account nothing is there

You can not make payments through bank transfer....when it's time for payments they will tell you to link your bank card and it will be automatically charged. What kind of scam is that???? Other apps have transfer and the funny thing is when applying for the loan they won't give you heads up so you know.
