This loan app is very worst, they offer me 50000 to pay back 70000 in one week, nobody will patronize that frustrating loan with such an interest rate. Too bad of you and pls stop calling my no to tell me anything about xcredit, too bad , most worst app with bad interest rate, you better review it before you loose very many of your customers. A word is enough for the Wise.

Loan amount is fixed. I can't take a lower amount. Each time I try, it automatically revert to that fixed amount. Plus rate is freaking high. I do not recommend

I tried applying for a loan the amount is quite ok, but the duration to pay 47000 is just seven days. Please it's too short. Can't it be increased? At least this is not my first time of loaning from you guys. Can't it be paid 28 days on two instalments?

It's been a good experience so far with the little borrowings, but the interest gets way bigger with larger loans. I'd give 5 star if you can consider the interst rate for bigger loans or give bigger coupons and also make room for repayment time extension. Lest I forget to mention that 1 week of repayment term is too early

Good morning, I dont understand why you will credit me a loan I didn't applied for. I took a loan from your company and I paid back in full. Two days after I saw a credit alert from your company. I have to redownload the app to confirm. And it shows that I have taken another loan. It appears fraudulent to me. Your interest is high and you are forcing your loan on people, its absurd. I will transfer the amount you sent to me back to you now.

After my loan was settled, u guys didn't clear the dashboard and kept making withdrawal attempts on my bank account using my bank card details. That's criminal and I've forwarded a complaint to the relevant authorities. Bottom line: Everybody run for ur lives o, don't download. This is a fraud app 100% and u won't get a single star from me

I'm eating 2 stars because I don't understand the kind of policy you guys operate.. I've paid part of the loan, but it hadn't been deducted in the dashboard. I've sent proof and also sent messages to remind you guys, but still no response., Now you're threatening me to pay the balance, how do I pay balance when I don't even know how much I owe, and when you haven't even cleared the first amount I paid.. it's like you people think it's easy to get money.. no number to call.

Pls I saw this app on an ad that popped up I downloaded it to see if they can assist me financially, but after the whole registration process, my loan application was declined, They didn't state their reasons, best known to them it's like the whole thing is kinda messed up. It's not like I can't pay back but They didn't provide any useful info at all

Bad, frustrating and tiring. After they enter your account before day break to deduct they're total amount of the loan repayment, just visit the app. You will still have an outstanding balance. At first I thought it was a mistake but it occured the second time. I had to message, call and chat with them. As God saved me like this na delete I delete the nonsense app straight away. I beg if you love yourself don't even try this app. They will frustrating you ehn. U guys should better improve.

PLEASE RUN! this app is a platform for stealing. I deleted your app over 6 months ago after i downloaded,borrowed, and pay (which was a one-time thing). I just received a debit of 18k plus on my account this night from Xcash; i had to download this app this night so as to reach out to the customer service just to find out my BVN number, debit card details, all my bank information were still on their app. What for ? So you can continue to steal from me every 6 months?PLEASE DON'T PUT URSELF @RISK

Don't you people have a solution to this problem? If I bind a card shouldn't that be the end? Automatic withdrawal, automatic repayment? Must I bind my card all the time? Must there always be a new card all the time? This stinks of a faulty system. You people should do something about it. Especially for those of us that pay on time!!! BINDING A CARD OVER AND OVER AGAIN MAKES NO SENSE!!! In response to your reply, I'm saying "Don't bother. I've uninstalled the app. It's not worth the headache."

I transfered money to the app a day before my due date at 11:34 pm , my dashboard wasn't updated up till now and now I'm receiving threatening emails 😡 I have sent a mail to the support system no response, I have called customer care no one is picking up nor any customer care calling to know why I have not paid which I have , you people should better do the needful cos it not funn

Thieves. I would advise no one should get a loan from this app... based on experience they'll ask you to put your card details then when it's time to pay they'll be debiting you automatically without updating the app to show you've paid your loans and will still start messaging you on WhatsApp with useless threat that they'll tarnish your image ... very unprofessional on here Stay away

There are too many bugs either on the app or from the backend that makes the app malfunction. From the available limit, to loan tenure, to loan disbursement issues.

The experience is nice, but please I want to understand why I borrowed 30k to pay back 35k(which is okay for me) and after one day overdue, you are now expecting me to pay 71k? Who does that please. I didn't pay 35k on time and you expecting me to pay 71k. Its not possible. I can't pay that 71k just for one day overdue, never. First time using the app and this is what I'm seeing.

Higher interest rate, Due time too short, loan amount very low and merger with higher interet is killing me, despite been a usual costomer, i am a long time customer also. I remember there was a day i recieved messages That IG of police. treatening me to pay back my loan of just two days overdue. i can't recommend this app to anyone, i gave u 2 stars because one star is for your fast processing, the other star is for your time taking to put all this work together

Why do you people auto debit my account after I made my repayment? You debited 919 naira four times from my account and the amount debited did not even reflect on my dashboard, how do I unlink my bind card, you guys are stealing my money, I'm pretty much such this was not included in the contract please refund my money, and delete my details from your app

Just downloaded app now and apply for a loan which was approved and upon binding my card am getting failed error. reason insufficient fund while I have 8k in my account. Pls do the system expect me to have 100k and still want to borrow money. Kindly help resolve the issues.

This app is real..my funds later dropped into my account..my first loan they gave me 7k, although the interest is much and the days.. try and reduce your interest and the number of days .apart frm that you are good to go withhe app if not because of the network issues.. thanks to the app
