I got a loan from them and they gave me more top up Loan.

But in the document they sent they wrote they will deduct the loan from any accounts linked to my bvn.

I have been panicking since then.

Can they really do that ???

The app is good I have given it five star before since last two years,but since after their last update I am finding it difficult to log in, I can't predict how good it is right now, it's does not load at all it keeps aying "server fails or network issues" and you can't log in any more without switching on your location or it will keep saying "can't find your location on Google maps" and above all, the loan percentage is too high

There are a lot of banks missing in the list of banks one can send money to. I tried sending to a moniepoint account and I couldn't find it a there. I've updated to the latest version and it's still not there.

The app has been working perfectly not until 2days ago now, I can't access it again. Once it ask for permission to on my location which I did, after some second it gives a notification that says "unable to fetch your current location please make sure your device has a network and a GPS connection available" off course my device has a network connection.

This app is progressively becoming a nightmare. I've been try to connect my debit card for 3 weeks now, they keep charging me all the way. They've even charged me up to N500 and it keeps failing. I've tried different debit card all to no avail. I complained and they couldn't rectify the issue.

I really loved this app till you started using location to log in. For some reasons, I've not been able to log into my account since last week and I'm no longer finding it funny. It keeps telling me it can't find my location on Google maps.

So far, my experience with this app has been wonderful! I love the fairlock & fairsave features particularly because they give much better interest rate on savings & fixed savings. I also love the discount on most purchases done with the app. I highly recommend it

This app is the most difficulty app when I have ever seen when it comes opening. Sometimes it takes hours day to open. It is just nonsense. Please look for experts in app management to fix this problem. However, Fairmoney is a good loan firm.

The app is nice and legit, I've been using it since last year but after building a credit score over the months they crashed it coz I had financial issues at a point I didn't pay on time.. now I reloan and they said the money has been sent to my account which I haven't received for over 7 hrs now. I've chatted them privately and till now no response

Fairmoney is a good platform where I can borrow fast loan with low interest for long duration of time. But the issue I have is that my app refused to open after inputing my password. I updated the app to the new version but still it can't it open. I needed to make my payment before the expiring date.

Fantastic app, good for banking. I like the offer of extension when it's time to repay a loan. Good job guys, but we really have to talk about your ridiculous interest rates. If you can adjust that, then you'll have no competition, I'll personally market it for free

Worst UI ever, app is whack, finding support doesn't give you a clear way of sending a message, i have been trying to connect a debit card for the part 5 hours but have been getting different kind of errors, app asks me everytime i login for a selfie, support doesn't respond to messages and screenshots... i could go on

This app is good, but not reliable. I registered and goty first loan of 10K, I paid back in due time. I have invited more than 7 person to this same app. I was receiving calls to request for loan again and I said for now I don't need any that when there's need for me to get one, i definitely will. For the past 2 weeks, I've been trying to get a loan. But it keeps saying I'm not eligible. This is the time I need you the most, yet you're not available at my service. So they're not reliable.

Nice app setup, ready to assist at crucial moment of help. Easy and quick transfer, purchase of airtime with a nice discount, great app. Space for saving up money with interests added to your money every single day, great app. Just that the interest rate for loans are a bit high.

A very frustrating app, couldn't get a loan for days, the only way to get loan payment is through debit card and after uncountable attempts, it still didn't go through, pissess me off, customer care called I could apply for loan without debit card only to end up asking me for card input which has never gone through, sick of this app, y'all go and find better things to do, y'all don't know meaning of "LOAN", and I can't imagine myself depositing into bank app that won't even recognize my debit.

The app is good. Quick and easy transactions, easy access to loans, low loan rates and enough time to pay back. Also, discounts on airtime and other bill payments, discounts also on early repayment of loans. I like the new interface too. But if you can add an option for reporting a transaction that failed, that would be good. All in all, a wonderful banking app.

This app has been performing exceedingly well expect that since the last update I can't access my app, have tried everything possible but to no avail, have tried reaching the customer care line that they used to contact me with but they didn't attend to me. Am very flabbergasted as I have money but can't have access to use it.

They are fast at giving loan. The problem is the dubious and unexpected way of crashing your credit score. I built a credit score overtime. Unexpectedly, they crashed it to square one. They started telling stories that are not matching. If they place you on instalment, stick to the plan. If you try to pay up , they will remove you eligibility. Talking from experience. The interest rates are very very very high. 30%. It is just for someone in need. It is not for business. You will not recover.

The app is fantastic and easy to use, the developers did an awesome job and I recommend it for anyone who wants a quick loan and other options like paybill, airtime and more without any stress or hassles. Top notch service, Super fast transactions execution and reliable service. Though I've not collected any loan cos I was unable to get a quota of the desired amount I needed but the ability to use it as a bank account has been really worthwhile, I receive and send money, and also pay bills without any restrictions or delay

Okay, I am going to start this way. I am actually blind and so I use the screen reader to operate my phone. I was able to collect loan the first time because you gave different options where the borrower can pay back. But I have not been successful the second time as you are requesting for my debit card as the only option which is very risky because I would need a sighted. I emailed but no response. Why will you people change what has been working? I have no choice than to delete my account..

I would have like to rate this app five stars, but for two: (1). The first time I used this app, I was instantly paid in minutes then afterwards, each time I apply for a loan, I get stuck at the link card page. I mean seriously?! How can I get a success notification pop-up and a debit alert of ₦50 yet I still keep seeing the link card option to finalise my loan? (2). I've contacted the customer service via email still no changes has been made. This is bad as one might need the money in a pinch

This app is a very good loan app and the experience of transactions on it has been amazing so far. The issues I have with this app is just that someone used my card to get a loan and since then, I've not been able to get a loan for myself even after the loan was paid. Another one is that, on my app I can't apply for a debit card and it's really frustrating cos I have to do a transfer to do withdrawal. Apart from these things, the app is doing a rendering good services.

This is one of the most frustrating app in the world, if you have emergency and decide to recharge or buy data using the app, you're finished. You forgot your password and click on "forgot password" option, it will still ask you to enter. You want to add your card, after entering card details, it will ask to close page in order to continue but there is no provision to close page. If you click back, it will take you to the process afresh. The app have design defficiencies.

The platform saved me when I needed to augment some stuffs but fumbled at a critical stage when it asked me to link my card. I've been keeping a good record of repayment before the due dates without using card as my repayment method. This last experience is the worst compared to the previous experiences put together. There should be other options aside adding debit cards. The service is fairly good but needs improvement.
